Lake Leelanau Summer Ball Rosters

Sign up for summer league baseball, softball, and T-ball by contacting Kris Popp, coordinator (see below).

Make checks payable to L.L.Y.L.

Sign-up deadline is March 26, 2010 after which there will be a late fee of $5/player.

One form per family for softball/baseball – download LLYL form here.
One form per family for  T-ball – download T-ball form here.

Cost:
          T-ball $10.00 for t-shirts & caps (players keep)
          Baseball/softball players (from same immediate family – players keep caps) -
               $30 for first player
               $25 for second player
               $20 for third player

Forms may be dropped off along with payment at:
          St. Mary School Development Office (next to the East Traverse Catholic Fed. CU)
          St. Mary School office
          St. Mary students may turn in forms to their teachers
